What is ASSIST?

ACE Universe, the company that has brought you closer to more A-List stars than any other Comic Con in history, is proud to launch ACE Signatures Send-In Service Today (ASSIST)! With ASSIST Autograph sessions, you can now send-in your most prized possessions to be Autographed by some of Hollywood’s biggest talent. We are relying on our over 25+ years of experience and working with the finest Send-In partners in the market to ensure you can get more out of your Autograph experience!

 

Where can I purchase an autograph? 

Orders can be placed directly with our Official Send-In Partners (listed on each announcement page). Click on each Partner to review their available options, and contact them directly to reserve your spot!

 

When will I get my signed item(s) back? 

Please reach out directly to the send-in partner you worked with to check the status of your item(s). Once the signing has taken place, they will notify you on any updates pertaining to your item(s). Due to the amount of inquiries immediately following a signing, please allow 3-5 business days for a response. 

 

THE ACE EXPERIENCE

What is The ACE Experience? 

The ACE Experience is a Pop-Up happening within Superhero Comic Con & Car Show, bringing fans many of the same experiences they’ve come to know from ACE Comic Con including Celebrity Photo Ops, In-Person Autographs and a Q&A from celebrities in attendance.

 

Where can I buy Admission, Photo Op and/or Autograph tickets for the event?

All tickets can be purchased through the Superhero Comic Con & Car Show website: https://pmxevents.com/ 

 

Can I mail in an item to be autographed if I am physically unable to attend the event? 

A: Yes! Send-Ins will be available through ACE ASSIST Official Send-In Partner Twin Cities Comics. Please visit their website for more info.
